I was young and holding Poe; she slid across the top of my hand and left a pretty nasty scratch.. now it looks like sew marks.

)No, you can subscribe as soon as it runs out. 
Well, if it runs out on the 29th and I don't log on until the 30th and renew it then, will i be able to? Is that possible?
Yes, you can renew it at any time after it has expired. ^^ That means if you were on the 29th and it expired while you were on your account you can turn around one second after you noticed it expired and renew it; or, if you get on five days later (or even later than that) and know that it has expired then you can still renew it. It's an option that you can make at any time!

Is there any way to keep your account from ending? Because I only have a few days left, and I don't want to lose my account.
Your account doesn't end. The only thing that ends is the subscription if you have one and that can easily be fixed by purchasing another one. All you lose when you lose your subscription is the extra journal features and you gain some adds; pretty much anyway.
